The fox and the wild boar are sitting by their lake as every day. Yet today, they encounter a day-fly as it hatches. The fly is tough, smart and funny, but her life is so short! To explain his sadness, the wild boar hastily claims that the fox is the one who has only one day to live. The day-fly then comes up with a magnificent plan: to give the fox the best day of his life.
